By placing an order with Lux.400 you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Currently Lux.400 only ships within Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post.
When your order is placed you will receive a Confirmation Email. Please ensure that all details on this email are correct. If there are any errors please notify us (admin@lux400.com.au) prior to shipment. It is your responsibility to give the correct shipping information, and orders can not be adjusted once shipped. Reshipping fees may be charged to redirect your order.  All prices quoted are in AUD.

FAULTY PRODUCTS

Much care is taken when making, packaging, wrapping, and delivering our products. However, if a product is found to be faulty, please contact us (admin@lux400.com.au) and include a photo of the problem. Notification of a fault must be reported within 48hours of delivery. Lux.400 candles are made with love, not a machine. Please expect that there may be slight variation in size, texture, and colour.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Please contact us before returning any product (admin@lux400.com.au).
It is your responsibility to return the item to us in the condition you received it in.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping address.
Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping costs unless a product is found to be faulty on delivery. If a product is faulty upon delivery we will replace it, and please refer to the Faulty Products paragraph above.

DELIVERY POLICY

It is your responsibility to provide Lux.400 with the correct shipping address. If you enter the wrong address we are not obliged to resend your order at our expense. We will ship your order within 2 days of receiving full payment (depending on stock levels). We can not guarantee time of delivery. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please contact us (admin@lux400.com.au) and we will lodge enquiries with Australia Post. Lux.400 will not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred from a delayed delivery.

Local Delivery: Your delivery will be hand-delivered. Lux.400 accepts no responsibility if you are not home to collect your order. The postcodes that qualify for Local delivery are – 3199, 3930, 3931, 3934, 3936, 3910, 3198

Flat Rate Delivery: Your order will be sent via Australia Post.

International Delivery (NZ only): Your order will be sent via Australia Post.

ALLERGIC REATIONS

By following the Safety Precautions listed on our website and business card, you should not come into any contact with the wax. Anyone with an allergy to Soy should refrain from burning these candles and coming into contact with them.

UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If any unforeseen incidents happen from using our candles, Lux.400 will not be held accountable.

Our website is maintained regularly and we ensure that product information and pricing is always up to date. We reserve the right to alter and update pricing and stock levels at any time.

Backorders: We do accept backorders but we can not guarantee delivery time. You can enquire as to when you can expect your order by contacting us admin@lux400.com.au. Different time frames will apply to different orders, depending on availability.
